Sports are healthy and beneficial to children’s development. Research shows that sport participation for children reduces risk of obesity, increases cardiovascular fitness, improves coordination & balance and many others. Our sport coaches are highly qualified and equipped with all necessary tools to teach the children.
We offer our pupils a full range of activities to ensure the acquisition and development of physical skills, fitness and movement. All pupils spend more than two hours a week on physical education (P.E). Activities involve: fitness, games, athletics, outdoor and adventurous activities, gymnastics, taekwondon, dance, ballet, and swimming.
